Women’s Group Therapy
Women Helping Women Live Their Best Lives!
If you identify with any of the following, this group could be for you:
Sometimes I wonder, “What is the point?”
Nobody sees me/understands me/listens to me
Why do I keep saying ‘Yes’ when I really want to say, ‘NO!’I am not good enough
I am afraid I might be drinking too much
I am so frustrated with my family! Why are they acting this way?
I can’t seem to get anything right
I want to get out of bed but I don’t have the energy
I have no idea why it is so hard to talk to people
My mind is running so fast; I don’t know how to stop it
All of my relationships end in disaster
Women’s Group Therapy can help you understand where negative beliefs come from that fuel depression and anxiety. You can learn how to change them. Group Therapy can provide a safe environment to talk about the trauma that is often underlying depression, anxiety, and relationship conflicts. It can help you understand the symptoms of depression and anxiety are a medical disease, and you can gain support from other women who are going through the same problem. Group Therapy can provide you with tools to improve your sleep routine; and most of all, GROUP THERAPY CAN GIVE YOU HOPE! It can help you accept YOU ARE MORE THAN ENOUGH!
Research shows group counseling is an effective treatment for people with depression.*
